Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had an issue with my Desktop computer. Took it in without an appointment and got it back the same day. They couldn't really diagnose the issue other that to say it was likely just a power surge. I love this local business!

They fixed my issue and as a bonus replaced parts they had on hand that weren't necessary but certainly has made my laptop work better (replaced fan) without charge. They have identified and solved/fixed the problem

5 stars because I have gone to PC Galore four times and they have identified and solved the problem each time within two working days. I don't ask them questions over the phone.
