Warranty Information

PC Galore warrants all of its notebook and desktop computers for 30 days unless otherwise specified on the sales receipt. The Warranty covers parts and the labour associated with the replacement of defective hardware. Software reinstallation is not covered by PC Galore's warranty. PC Galore reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute a defective computer or part of a computer for another of equal or greater value.

The warranty on notebook computers excludes the battery and the screen.

All Computer components, monitors and printers are sold with a 3-day exchange or store credit return policy unless otherwise specified on the sales receipt. No warranty or exchange will be granted beyond the 3-day period.

Software sales are final and come with no warranty whatsoever. You may however test the software on one of our computers prior to the software package leaving the store.

Please note that all computer notebook, computer desktop systems and computer software sales are final.
